How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase and RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at exchanges@naturesplanet.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Once approved, send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
