Return & Replacement Policy
How do I return an order purchased from Nature's Planet?
Nature's Planet offers an easy return policy. You can raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you receive a defective product, please initiate a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted, meaning you can return one or all products in your order. A 50% refund of the product value will be initiated if the package is opened and returned within 7 days.
NOTE: Only whole products (roots, barks, etc.) are eligible for return. Products in the form of powders, resin, or liquids are not eligible for return.
Steps to initiate a return/exchange:
- Contact our Customer Support via email at admin@naturesplanetindia.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order details, including order ID and reason for return/exchange. Attach an image of the product showing the batch number and invoice.
- Product pickup: We will arrange a pickup within 4-7 business days of receiving your request.
- Refund/replacement process: Once we receive the product in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
Under what conditions is a return not accepted?
- If the product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, outer packaging, freebies, and accessories, or if the packaging is damaged.
- If the serial number is tampered with.
- If the composition is altered.
- If the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- If the product was a freebie.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Nature's Planet ensures high-quality packaging and shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product you can opt for a refund/replacement, follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

Attach clear images/videos showing batch details and the issue:

For leakage/damage: Provide images/videos showing the damaged product and packaging.

For tampered seals: Provide images showing the broken seal.

For incorrect products: Provide images of the wrong item with batch details.

Pickup & Resolution: We will arrange a pickup within 4-7 business days. The refund/replacement will be processed once we receive the product in its original packaging.

Processing Time: It takes 3 business days for our team to respond. If approved, we will initiate a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund.
Do I have to return the free gift?
Yes, if your order included a free gift, it must be returned with its original packaging, seals, and labels intact.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can initiate a return for specific items from your order, provided they are returned with original packaging and any included freebies.
How will I get refunded and how long does it take?

Refunds are processed within 2-5 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2-5 business days, with an additional 2-3 days for it to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer within 2-5 business days after we receive your bank details via email.

Store Credit: Customers can opt for Nature’s Planet coupons for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only if the shipment has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
How to cancel before shipment?
Email naturesplanetindia.com with your order details. If eligible, the cancellation will be processed and the refund will be issued within 2-5 days.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points?
Discount vouchers and loyalty points are non-refundable and will be treated as used if the order is canceled.
