Nature's Planet is committed to delivering your orders in perfect condition and in a timely manner. We have partnered with reputed logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient shipping. Our packaging materials are of the highest quality, sourced from trusted vendors, and tested for durability to prevent any damage during transit.

Delivery Process

Order Processing & Quality Check

Once you place an order, our team inspects the products to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, the products are packed securely and handed over to our logistics partner.

Shipping & Delivery
Our logistics partner will deliver your order as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach you at your provided address or at the specified time, they will contact you for further assistance. All products, including any free gifts, will be shipped with an invoice to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement. While we strive to ship all products in your order together, certain circumstances may require us to send them separately.

Damage in Transit
Nature’s Planet takes full responsibility for any damage caused to the products while in transit.

Shipping Locations

Nature’s Planet ships across India to most pin codes. The availability of serviceable pin codes may vary based on our logistics partners. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on our product pages or at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Delivery time varies by location but generally takes 3-5 working days. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays may occur. Nature’s Planet is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

NOTE: As such for the time being, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve our right to pause deliveries at any time if so warranted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, packaging size, and location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment. Nature’s Planet does not charge additional shipping fees beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling

If no one is available to receive the order, our logistics partner will attempt delivery two more times. If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. You can contact our customer service to reschedule delivery, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
